Turning System Generated Emails On / Off

In this article, we'll be showing you how you can toggle the emails that are sent by the Hanover system on and off.

How to turn automated email on and off

If you're looking to send custom automated emails to your participants, check out our Mailchimp integration.

When logged in as an Admin user;

  • Click on 'Admin' from the menu and scroll down and click 'Email Templates'. Here you will see a list of all the emails Hanover sends out.

  • Find the email that you'd like to turn on or off and click 'Edit'

  • In the slide-in panel you will see a toggle titled 'Should this email be sent out automatically?'. Toggle this to turn the email template on or off.

  • Nice one! You just toggled emails on and off 👍
